Mykonos
Mykonos is a Greek island, part of the Cyclades group, located between the islands of Tinos, Syros, Paros and Naxos. Mykonos is known for its vibrant nightlife and is a major tourist destination.

Attractions
The iconic Mykonos Windmills are one of the most recognizable landmarks on the island, located along the coastal edge of Mykonos Town.
The narrow streets and whitewashed buildings of Mykonos Town (also known as Chora) are charming to explore, with boutiques, art galleries, cafes and restaurants.
Little Venice, the western part of Mykonos Town, features colorful balconies and houses overlooking the sea, creating a picturesque atmosphere.
Ano Mera is a smaller community east of Mykonos Town worth visiting for the Monastery of Panagia Tourliani and its tavernas.
How to reach there at Mykonos
By Air
Mykonos Island International Airport (JMK) is located just over 2 miles from Mykonos Town. Most hotels offer a free shuttle, or you can take a taxi or bus.
Ferries and catamarans
Connect Mykonos to Piraeus Harbor in Athens and Rafina, with trips from Athens costing €32-50 depending on speed and class.

Taking the bus is a convenient way to get around the island, with buses leaving from two stations in Mykonos Town to various beaches.
Renting a car, motorbike or bicycle is a popular option for exploring the rest of the island, as cars are not allowed inside Mykonos Town.
Food & Nightlife

Mykonos is known for its excellent food, with both high-end restaurants and affordable gyros. The island has a vibrant nightlife scene, with dozens of high-end shops, restaurants and bars, especially in Mykonos Town.

Crete is the largest and most populous Greek island, the 88th largest island in the world and the 5th largest in the Mediterranean Sea.
Attractions
Knossos, the capital of the Minoan civilization, with its well-preserved ruins and frescoes.
